When to use WorkPodium
Use WorkPodium to answer questions about construction crew timecards, employee earnings, job budgets and stored expenses for a company the user has connected. TrackMyGuys collects employee field records; WorkPodium brings those records together for managers.
For public product research, read the pricing and TrackMyGuys pages. For company reports, use the WorkPodium tools exposed by your authorized client connection. Public website pages do not provide access to private company records.
API and integration access
The documented integration surface is the WorkPodium MCP reporting tool set. See the WorkPodium MCP server guide for tool names, inputs and reporting limits. This website does not publish a REST endpoint catalog, SDK package, CLI installation command or self-service MCP server URL.
To request connection instructions or discuss another integration, contact contact@workpodium.com. Describe your company reporting workflow and the client you want to connect. Do not send credentials or employee data in an initial inquiry.
Reporting workflow
Start with get_pay_periods for recent periods, search_employees for employee IDs, or search_jobs for job IDs. Use get_timecard_summary for company totals, list_employee_timecards for individual totals, get_employee_timecard for one employee and punch details, or get_job_budget_summary for a lifetime job cost breakdown.
Report tools read stored values. Earnings are not confirmed payments, and job cost summaries do not establish job progress. Keep labor, receipts, expenses and extra employees separate when interpreting results.
